Nature Notes

Welcome to a diary of the seasons. When I’m immersed in writing a novel, it can be difficult to remember what the weather was like and which plants were flowering in the hedgerows in summer when I’m surrounded by deep snow and bare-limbed trees in the depths of January. This gave me an idea. I decided to create my own Nature diary. I will add photographs to this journal as the months pass and these will help me remember.

If you’d also like to use my Nature Notes, please do. Maybe you’re also a writer, or a poet, or perhaps you need to write a descriptive essay for school or college. The photos were taken in Ireland but many parts of the United Kingdom would have the same climate as us.
